Receive enquiries or online bookings. For Hotel & Home Stay, guests pay online and you settle on a weekly cycle (or collect the balance at the property).

on each successful online booking. You keep 87% of the booking amount.

We charge just 3% and fund a 10% guest discount ourselves. Your base payout is unchanged — you still receive 87% of the original rent. The 18% GST is still calculated on the full 13% commission (the discount is our marketing spend, not a lower fee), so it is deducted from your payout as usual.
- Listing and KYC are free — you only pay commission on bookings you actually receive.
- An 18% GST applies on our commission (not on your room price) and is deducted from your payout — e.g. on ₹100 that’s ₹13 commission + ₹2.34 GST.
- Guests can pay in full online (you’re settled weekly) or pay a 13% deposit online and the rest at the property.
- Payouts settle on a weekly cycle: the payment week runs Monday–Sunday, paid out the following Wednesday.
- If you don’t accept a paid booking in time (Hotel 10 min, Home Stay 4 hours), it auto-cancels and a ₹200 no-acceptance fee applies.
- Displayed room prices are before tax; GST is added on top at checkout — 5% up to ₹7,500/night, 18% above — and a tax invoice is issued for every online booking.
